We love working with brands with a unique point of view.
Hayley, the founder of Folde, had one core idea:
Yoga isn’t exercise
Almost every piece of content comes back to that idea. The humour makes room for the deeper conversations, and the deeper conversations make the humour land even harder.
FOLDE

ANGUS & JULIA
Childhood idols. No pressure.
When Angus & Julia Stone’s team brought us in to create short-form vertical content fortheir new album rollout, we were stepping into a world we hadn’t filmed before.
But good content is good content. Turns out that translates pretty well between industries.
the result?
The pieces created by Pith House have been the highest-performing content from their new album rollout so far.

Happi studios
Great marketing teams deserve great content too.
Anita, the founder of Happi Studios, already had a strong brand, clear systems and a marketing brain we’d happily borrow for a day(...hello, master’s degree in marketing). She didn’t need another agency trying to reinvent the wheel.
She needed a creative partner who could slot into an already well-oiled machine and execute at the same standard. What started as regular Content in a Day packages has grown into an on going partnership, with Social Media Management now keeping the rollout as consistent as the content itself.
Turns out the best collaborations happen when nobody’s trying to take over. We just make each other’s work better
the result?
“Thank you for being so organised and creating epic content so quickly. I'm loving it! We should have come over to you ages ago. It’s just so good. And all of your processes are really easy just to jump into. It's been great!” – Anita, Founder, Happi Studios

What we do
Have you ever discovered a business you absolutely loved, followed them on Instagram, and immediately thought… oh no?
It's a bit like seeing someone you know is a solid 10, only with Tinder pics of them wearing sunnies and holding fish.
You know they're brilliant.
The internet has absolutely no idea.
That's exactly why we started Pith House. We're allergic to that.
Your business deserves better than being "better in person."

Frequently Asked Questions
General
-
It depends a little on the complexity of each concept. Our standard package usually produces 8–10 finished videos in a single 3-hour shoot, and we’re pretty darn good at hitting that.
Some brands have more complex concepts or filming restrictions, so we’d rather make fewer excellent videos than squeeze out more average ones. -
It’s not a completely hands-off experience because we want to absolutely crawl inside your brand’s skin and get to know every freckle. But if you’d rather do literally anything else, that’s okay too.
Prep usually looks like:
Filling out our onboarding form so we understand your values, point of difference, services and brand voice.
Jumping on a complimentary strategy call so you can review our brainstorm before we write the concepts.
Looking over the concepts themselves before shoot day and requesting any tweaks.
Letting your staff know they’re gonna be internet famous now and gathering any props needed for the shoot. (Usually, those props are already lying around your business. Unless you’re extra. We do love a prop.)
-
Easy. We can bring in your bubbliest friends, family members or paid talent to play the role of customers, keeping your team’s faces and voices out of the content.
We also have a couple of ridiculously charismatic team members who are more than happy to step in, and their involvement is included at no extra cost if needed.
-
Yep! Most of our shoots happen during regular trading hours.
We usually recommend putting up a sign letting customers know filming is taking place and that they won’t appear on camera unless they’d like to.
Ideally, we’ll have one area of the business available for filming, but most shoots happen alongside normal business with staff who simply aren’t rostered on for regular client work that day.
-
Perfect. That’s our job.
Honestly, the problem is usually the opposite. We have too many ideas and have to narrow them down. You definitely won’t be expected to come to us with any fully formed concepts.
-
Three hours. And that’s us being generous.
We’ve definitely packed up and been out the door in a lil over two, while still getting more than what we needed.
-
Absolutely. You can also post it on YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Reddit or run it as ads… honestly, wherever you like. Once it’s delivered, it’s yours to use.
-
Pretty much everything.
Hooks. Alternative hooks. Dialogue. Shot lists. Run sheets. Prop lists. Cast lists.
As my mum would say… it’s kinda bigger than Ben-Hur.
-
In theory? Yes.
In practice? My neck starts to hurt.
We’d usually recommend either two consecutive shoot days or two separate 3-hour sessions with a break in between. You’ll end up with better content, and I’ll still be able to stand upright afterwards.
-
Yes!
The only exception is if one of our team members appears in the content, in which case there may be some limitations around paid advertising usage. It’s pretty uncommon, and if it applies we’ll let you know well before shoot day.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
-
Yes, but don’t you worry your pretty little head about that.
We line everything up so it feels like you’re hiring us for one seamless service. We simply separate the two behind the scenes so you can customise how often you need fresh content instead of being boxed into a package that produces more than you’ll actually use.
-
Most Social Media Management clients book a Content in a Day every eight weeks.
If you’d like to stretch that out further, we absolutely can. We’ll just assess how much content your brand needs first to make sure we’re not trying to perform miracles with three old videos and a dream.
-
Pretty much everything after the cameras stop rolling.
We review your analytics, refine your content strategy, build and manage your content calendar, write captions, create Instagram Stories designed to convert, schedule your posts, keep an eye on performance, send you regular reports and meet with you to plan upcoming campaigns.
Basically, we obsess over your socials so you don’t have to.
-
Absolutely.
Every post sits inside your content calendar until someone from your team clicks approve. It’s all surprisingly high-tech.
-
That’s our favourite way to work.
We’re content specialists, not a full-service marketing agency. The best results happen when someone on your side owns the bigger marketing picture while we focus on creating content people actually want to watch.
Think of us as the content arm of your marketing team, not a replacement for it.
-
We have a three-month minimum because good strategy takes time to build momentum.
After that, you can leave whenever you’d like.
Though… nobody has so far.
-
Not in our basic package, but it’s something we can absolutely add on.
That said, we generally recommend your own team handles conversations with customers, especially if you’re already using a CRM or booking system.
-
Nope.
We’re an organic content agency.
We love working alongside your ads team and getting them the creative they’ll need, but we don’t manage ad accounts ourselves.
-
Conversions.
Everything else just helps explain why the conversions happened.
Our favourite messages are things like, “Seven new people booked brow appointments after yesterday’s Stories.” (Shoutout to Makeup Bar Hobart for that one.)
-
That’s actually our favourite way to do it.
It gives us time to get to know your business, see what performs, refine the strategy and build a really solid content foundation.
By the time Social Media Management starts, we’ll already have our fingers so deep in your business’s pie that the transition feels effortless.
