Frequently Asked Questions
-
Pricing varies depending on the scope of the project, the number of assets and the timeline.
We also build long-term partnerships into our pricing, so clients on recurring content or management packages receive preferential rates compared to one-off projects.
The easiest way to get an accurate quote is to fill out our discovery form.

Niching down is for the weak.
We’re multifaceted, and we bet you are too.
We work with everyone from corporate brands who want to feel relevant again, right through to founder-led businesses built on strong values… and the occasional indie artist we all discovered together in the early 2010s.
If you’re obsessed with building something good, we’ll probably get along.
-
By car, yes. By plane, occasionally.
If you’re in Tasmania, we’ll almost certainly make it work.
Beyond that… it depends how much you make us laugh in the discovery call.
-
Can I answer all of these with “it depends”?
Every project is a little different, but our books are usually full one to two months in advance.
The good news? We can often start strategy, research and concept development while we wait for your shoot date.
After filming, you’ll usually receive your fully edited, ready-to-post content within one to two weeks. That’s officially. Unofficially we’re very impatient and often finish much sooner.
-
In fact, we insist.
We do have talented people we can call on if needed, but we’d much rather discover that Susan from Sales is secretly hilarious and make her the unexpected star of the internet.
And if you’ve already got an internal marketing team? Even better. We love working alongside them to make sure your content supports the bigger picture rather than operating solo in its own little corner of the internet.
-
Absolutely not.
Some clients come to us with a detailed brief, helix personas and a 30-page brand guidelines PDF. Others arrive with “we know we need content but we have absolutely no idea where to start.”
Either works.
Strategy, concepts and figuring out what your audience actually wants to watch is kind of our thing.
-
I mean if you’re a dance studio?? Or if Doug from FOH can really get down??
Only if it really makes sense for your brand.
Good content isn’t about jumping on whatever’s trending that week.
We’d rather figure out why a trend is working in the first place, then use that psychology to tell your story in a way that still feels like you.
